Vacant Seats Scheme

The Vacant Seats Scheme was brought to an end on the 25 October 2025. No new applications will be accepted.

The Council is currently conducting a full review of its School Transport Policies, including the Spare Seats Scheme. A public consultation will be held before any future changes are implemented, and schools and families will be invited to take part. We thank families and guardians for their understanding while this review is carried out.
