You will need to make an application for a Temporary Event Notice if you wish to hold an ad-hoc event that includes any of the following in Gwynedd:
- Supplying or selling alcohol
- Holding regulated entertainment i.e live music or playing recorded music
- Providing hot food between 11pm and 5am in Gwynedd
There is a £21 fee for submitting a Temporary Event Notice.
Remember! When organising an event, several factors need to be considered, such as health and safety, water supply, toilet facilities, and insurance. More information and guidelines

Please read the guidance notes at the end of the application form in detail before making your application as a refund won't be available.
Submit your application in good time - at least 10 working days before the event.
If a notice is received 5 to 10 working days prior to the event, it will be considered a late application.
Applications received with less than 5 full working days before the event will be invalid. (Clear working days do not include the day we receive your application or the day of the event.)
