Gwynedd piloting a permit system for vans to visit recycling centres

Description
For some weeks Gwynedd has introduced a system where people wishing to visit one of the Council's recycling centres must make an appointment in advance. This system has been extremely successful, with over 20,000 appointments made since the new system was introduced at the end of May.
