If your child is about to to leave Infant school (Ysgol Morfa Nefyn or Ysgol Abercaseg), you’ll need to apply for a place in year 3 or 4 at another school.
You must apply before 1 February 2026 (for September 2026).

- understand that making an application does not guarantee admission to any school.
September 2027 Admission Applications
It is not currently possible to apply for a place for September 2027.
The application form will be available here from mid-September 2026 onwards.
What will happen next?
You will be notified about the outcome of your application on 16 April.
Late applications
You need to apply before 1 February 2026 (for September 2026). If the application is received after this date it will be considered as a late entry and it's possible that you won't be informed about the decision on 16 April.
