As part of the UK Shared Prosperity programme, funding has been earmarked for Cyngor Gwynedd with some of the money committed for the establishment of funds for supporting Regeneration projects.

We invite applications from not-for-profit organisations (but including social enterprises) to the Regeneration Support Fund from projects that will contribute towards the regeneration of communities in Gwynedd.

What is the purpose of Community Regeneration Support Fund?

The aim of the fund is to provide intensive support to support new and early groups in areas with low community capacity by funding schemes that will bring direct benefit. The plans will be those that have been identified as priorities in the 'Ardal Ni' local action plans and the fund will facilitate local partnerships and stimulate collaboration in areas where this does not happen to build on the local regeneration planning work.

The Fund offers grants that reflect the objectives and targets of Cyngor Gwynedd’s plan and the ‘Ardal Ni’ local regeneration plans: Our Area

What is available?

  • Grants between £10,000 and £100,000
  • Revenue elements can not be greater than £50,000
  • For projects less than £10,000 please refer to the Community Support Fund

The fund is able to fund projects that can be completed by January 31st, 2026.
