The use of most of our units fall within the planning categories B1 (business), B2 (general industrial), and B8 (storage / distribution).

Apply for a unit
To make an application to rent a unit or industrial plot of land, you will need to:
- Download and complete the Application Form (opens in new tab)
- For Glynllifon Units: Glynllifon Application Form (opens in new tab)
- contact the Planning Department at Cyngor Gwynedd or the Eryri National Park Authority (opens in new tab) to ensure that the proposed purpose for the unit / land complies with the relevant planning consent.
- Every application will be assessed individually in accordance with the application form.

Applications can be sent by either:

Make sure that you send all relevant information with your application (checklist on page 7 of application form). You may include a business plan, it is not essential.
