"Compact" (Partnership Agreement) - Cyngor Gwynedd and the 3rd Sector
What is the Compact?
The "Compact" is a collaboration agreement between Cyngor Gwynedd and the Third Sector (namely charities, community organisations, and voluntary groups). Its aim is to strengthen the relationship between the Council and the sector, ensuring that collaboration, communication and trust form the basis of the way we work together for the benefit of the people of Gwynedd.

Why are we holding this consultation?
We want to ensure that the "Compact" reflects the real needs and priorities of those who work in the third sector and the community. By taking part in this consultation, you can help ensure that the partnership agreement is:
- Practical and meaningful
- Supports fair and open collaboration
- Offers real benefits to local communities
Your responses will be used to inform the final version of the Compact, which will be adopted by the Council and the Third Sector.

We will use any information submitted for the purpose of analysing the questionnaire only. We will share the responses to the questionnaire with Mantell Gwynedd for the purpose of analysing them and feedback will only be used to review the partnership agreement. Any information will be kept for 12 months after the closing date of the questionnaire.
