Town Centre Commercial Property Improvement Fund
This fund is now open for applications.
The Bangor and Pwllheli Town Centre Commercial Property Improvement Fundhas been established to support commercial property owners to improve and upgrade the appearance of their properties within Bangor City Centre and Pwllheli Town Centre.
We recognise that town centres have faced a challenging economic period, with an increase in vacant units and visible decline in some prominent areas. The aim of the fund is to make a tangible difference to the appearance of the high street, creating more attractive places to visit, live and work.
The fund is financed through the UK Government Pride of Place Impact Fund and is administered by Cyngor Gwynedd.
