How to get help - apply for an assessment
An 'assessment' is a conversation. It helps us find out what is important to you now and in the future to keep you safe and healthy.
Report an Adult at Risk
Raise concerns about the safety or well-being of a vulnerable adult who may be experiencing abuse or neglect.
Child abuse
If you are a child who is being abused, or if you are worrying about a child who is being abused, please contact us.
