Seasonal Beach Parking Morfa Bychan (Black Rock Sands) and Machroes

Morfa Bychan

Vehicles can access the beach foreshore at Morfa Bychan. A fee is payable between 1 April and 30 September. There is an option to buy a daily ticket or a season permit.

Seasonal permits can only be purchased online:

Permanent Porthmadog ward residents- Car: £32 / Large vehicle: £63
Permanent Gwynedd residents- Car: £70 / Large vehicle: £140
Non-Gwynedd residents- Car: £90 / Large vehicle: £180

Blue Badge holders can get a 50% discount on seasonal parking tickets.

To claim the discount, show your valid Blue Badge to a Beach Officer and pay at the main beach entrance when you arrive.

Proof of address must be shown when collecting the seasonal permit.
