Purpose of the consultation
Cyngor Gwynedd Social Services, which includes the Adults, Health and Well-being Department and the Children and Family Support Department, have a statutory obligation to protect and promote the welfare of children and adults. The services empower residents to manage their own lives; promoting independence; support social inclusion and their participation in society; and all this while helping people to stay safe and healthy.
A big part of doing this work is communicating with you; service users, their families and county residents. Therefore, we believe it is very important to understand what you think about our current communication. We would love to hear your thoughts in order to understand what the most suitable ways for us to communicate with you in the future.
