Cyngor Gwynedd participates in the GwE Joint Committee with all other North Wales Councils. Separate accounts are required for joint committees. As Cyngor Gwynedd is the leading council in respect of the finance and accountancy service for the Joint Committee, it is Cyngor Gwynedd's responsibility to complete the financial statements.
In accordance with the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (as amended), the 2025/26 Statement of Accounts subject to audit for GwE Joint Committee has been approved by the Responsible Financial Officer.
