  • Applications for investigating definitive map modification orders

The Countryside Service process personal data in accordance to the below legal bases:

  • GDPR Article 6(1)(c) - processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject
    • Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981
    • Highways Act 1980

Your data will be kept for a period of 6 years. This is in accordance with the Council’s Data Retention and Disposal Policy.
