Report a missed bin collection

We understand how important it is to have your bins collected on time. Please let us know if your bin/box was not emptied on your collection day.

When to Report a Missed Bin Collection

Before reporting a missed bin collection, please check:

collection calendar to confirm that your bin was due for collection
that the bin/box was put out at the correct time/day. Remember that we collect between 6am and 6pm.
that there weren’t any unsuitable items in the bin/box. Was there a sticker in the bin/box explaining why it wasn’t collected?
