Fancy tidying up your local area but don’t have the right equipment? Visit one of Keep Wales Tidy’s Litter Picking Hubs and borrow what you need free of charge!
Your local hubs provide all the equipment you need to carry out a safe clean-up. This includes litter pickers, high-visibility vests, rubbish sacks and hoops (which are essential for keeping your bags open in the wind!). The hubs have been set up across Wales as part of Caru Cymru – an inclusive movement to eliminate litter and waste.
We are proud to be working with Keep Wales Tidy and every other local authority in Wales to support Caru Cymru. The vision is for Caru Cymru to become part of everyday life in Wales, so that doing the right thing becomes second nature to everyone—from taking litter home and cleaning up after your dog, to recycling on the go, reusing, and repairing.
