If you're expecting guests and need to arrange parking in a controlled parking zone, our Visitor Parking Permits make it easy and convenient for visitors to park near your home.

How to Apply

Applying for a Visitor Parking Permit is simple:

  1. Online: The quickest way to apply is through our online portal. You'll need to log in or create an account, upload proof of residency, and complete the application form.
  2. By Post: You can also download an application form from our website and send it to us along with your proof of residency and payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for processing.
  3. In Person: If you prefer, visit our customer service centre where our staff can assist you with your application.

Permit Costs

Visitor Parking Permits are available in the following options:

  • Daily Permit: £5 per day
  • Weekly Permit: £20 per week
  • Monthly Permit: £60 per month

Please note that fees may vary depending on the controlled parking zone your property is in. All payments can be made online, by phone, or in person at our customer service centre.

How to Use the Permit

Once your Visitor Parking Permit is approved, you will receive a digital permit linked to the vehicle registration number provided during the application. Your visitor does not need to display anything on their dashboard, as parking enforcement officers will check the permit electronically.

If your visitor changes their vehicle during their stay, you can update the registration number online through your account.

Permit Restrictions

  • Visitor Parking Permits are valid only in the controlled parking zone or residential area where your property is located.
  • The permits are non-transferable and can only be used by visitors to your address.
  • Permit holders must adhere to any additional parking restrictions in the area, such as time limits or no-parking zones.
