If you need help to prevent homelessness or to maintain more stable housing circumstances, support is available.
How do I get support?
Housing support is available to anyone 16 and over in Gwynedd.
You can contact us directly or ask someone else to contact us on your behalf.

What kind of support is available?
Here are examples of the support available:
- Help with debt issues and money management.
- Tenancy management help and help to maintain a home.
- Help with substance misuse.
- Support for victims of violence against women, domestic abuse and sexual violence.
- Help with mental health issues.
- Access to supported properties.
- Help to understand, read, and fill in forms, letters, and bills.
- Help to develop practical living skills.
- Support to look for work, training, and employment.
- Support to join local communities and groups.
- Support to contact agencies.
- Help to rebuild relationships.
- Support to find suitable accommodation.

This service is funded by the Welsh Government's Housing Support Grant, which commissions and funds services and activities which prevents people from becoming homeless, stabilises their housing situation, or helps potentially homeless people to find and keep accommodation.
