All Age Gwynedd Autism Survey
After the Welsh Government published the code of practice for autism Code of Practice on the Delivery of Autism Services (gov.wales) Cyngor Gwynedd is keen to engage with autistic individuals and their families in developing autism services across the county.
The aim of the survey is to collect data about the services that are currently provided in your area.
If more than one member of your family has a diagnosis of autism, in order to gather a clear overview and gain a better understanding of the experiences of individuals across ages, it would be helpful if you could complete the survey for each member of the family.
Your response and opinion will greatly help us to assess what is working well, areas for improvement, and any gaps that need attention.
