The health and well-being of our staff is a priority for us and we are seeking to create a positive work environment where staff thrive. Recently, we won the Gold Level through the Welsh Government's Corporate Health Standard for our care for staff well-being. Here are a few examples of the schemes we implement:

- MEDRA Counselling Service - confidential counselling service for Council officers
- Free eye tests for officers who make regular use of Visual Display Units (VDUs).
