Ensuring an interview
The Council guarantee an interview to every disabled applicant if they meet the requirements for the post. Disabled applicants will be assessed based on their abilities.
Attending the interview
If you are invited to an interview, you will be asked to note if you have any specific needs to ensure that we have suitable arrangements in place if needed. For example a sign-language interpreter or lip reader, or to arrange suitable transport to and from your interview if needed.
