How to Request a Bin
You can request a new or replacement bin through our online form, which only takes a few minutes to complete. Simply follow these steps:
- Fill Out the Online Form:
- Visit our Request a Bin Form page.
- Provide your contact details and property address.
- Select the type of bin you need (general waste, recycling, garden waste).
- Specify whether it's a new bin or a replacement.
- Review and Submit:
- Double-check the information you’ve entered.
- Submit your request.
- Confirmation:
- You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your request.
Delivery Information
- Delivery Time: Bins are typically delivered within 5-10 working days of your request.
- Charges: There may be a charge for new or replacement bins, depending on your circumstances. Please refer to our Fees and Charges page for more information.
- Special Assistance: If you require assistance with your bin due to disability or age, please let us know in the form or contact our customer service team.
What to Do If Your Bin Is Not Delivered
If you haven’t received your bin within the expected timeframe, please contact our Waste Services team at 01234 567890 or email bins@yourcouncil.gov.uk. We’ll investigate the delay and ensure your bin is delivered as soon as possible.
