Apeliadau

Only the applicant has the right to appeal against a decision on a planning application.

Here are the situations in which appeals are possible:

Appealing against a condition: It’s possible that there will be conditions attached to the planning permission with which you disagree. If you want to appeal you will need to do so through the Planning Inspectorate (not Gwynedd Council).

Appealing against planning permission that has been refused:
If your application has been refused and you don’t agree with the reasons for refusal, you can submit an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate (not Gwynedd Council):

Appealing against non-determination:
If you haven’t received a decision in writing regarding your planning application within 8 weeks, and if you haven’t agreed in writing to extend the decision period, you can submit an appeal to the Planning Inspectorate (not Gwynedd Council):

Appeals are dealt with by the Planning Inspectorate but Gwynedd Council consults individuals and other relevant bodies on behalf of the Inspectorate in accordance with appeal procedures. More information is available on the Planning Inspectorate website.
