Welsh Government and UK Government have launched the NHS COVID-19 app across England and Wales. The NHS COVID-19 app is an important part of the Test, Trace, Protect programme to control the spread of Covid-19. The more people who use the app the greater the chances of reducing the spread of the virus. Flu jab

The flu jab programme is now active between September 2020 and March 2021. The jab is offered to more people every year and it is important that they know of this offer and are encouraged to accepted the free jab. The main groups that will be offered the vaccine this year includes:

• People with learning disabilities

• Children aged 2-3

• Primary school children

• People with long term health conditions (aged between 6 months and 62 years old)

• Pregnant women

• People aged 65 and over 

• Unpaid carers

People living in care homes
