Supporting People Operational Plan

The Supporting People Local Commissioning Plan is published every 3 years by Gwynedd Council. 

The Plan:

• maps the currently supply of housing related support services in Gwynedd
• assesses the future housing needs of vulnerable people
• review existing projects
• is used to bid for resources for the development of new projects.
