All set for 2018 Gwynedd Business Week
The highlight of the Gwynedd business calendar is almost upon us with a variety of events on-offer for companies across the county.
Gwynedd Business Week 2018 which takes place between 21 and 25 May will include workshops for new start-up businesses as well as events which will be suitable for long-established Gwynedd companies.
Councillor Ioan Thomas, Gwynedd Council Cabinet Member for Economic Development said:
“Gwynedd Business Week gives us a wonderful opportunity to celebrate and promote local business success. Once again, the busy week of events which are taking place across the county will offer a great opportunity for local firms of all sizes to come together to learn about how to grow their business, network and exchange ideas.”
Events held as part of the business week will include a Wales Slate Business Breakfast event held in Bethesda, a Business Support Fair held in Parc Menai near Bangor, and Superfast Business Wales Inspiring Action Workshops held in Dolgellau and Tywyn.
The highlight of the week will be the Gwynedd Business Week Gala Dinner which will be held on Thursday, 24 May at the Management Centre, Bangor. The dinner, which will include an address by Helen Walbey, UK Diversity Chair of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), will be a chance for business leaders from all over Gwynedd to share ideas and celebrate the county’s business success.
