6 Caring Awareness Taster Sessions- Managing stress at work!

Bangor’s Welsh Language Initiative has arranged to host 6 taster sessions called Caring Awareness.

 Mariel Jones, a qualified Caring Awareness teacher, will provide 6 Caring Awareness Taster Sessions to manage stress in the workplace. 10 spaces are available for these sessions and it’s first come first serve. Businesses in Bangor, including Bethesda and Felinheli, can nominate up to 2 individuals from the business and the course is free of charge as a part of Menter Iaith Bangor’s efforts to support more use of the Welsh Language among staff and volunteers of Bangor.

 The sessions will be held on the second floor of Popdy, which is Menter Iaith Bangor’s office between 6:30pm- 9:00pm on Monday night between April and September.

 The sessions will be held on the following dates;

•           3 April

•           2 May

•           5 June

•           3 July

•           4 September
